Responsible for developing business cases, preparing product requirements and functional specifications, while working with a project team or independently, towards the achievement of business goals

What you’ll do:
Business Analysis
Identifies, analyzes ad prepares business processes and cases based on the product or project needs
Product Requirements
Defines product requirements based on business needs
Ensures alignment between product requirements and business goals
Functional Specifications
Prepares and validates the functional specifications aligned with product requirements and ensure the understanding from both stakeholders and development team
Adheres to functional specifications standards
Project Management
Fulfills the expected role in a Project Team and project deliverables within Service Level Agreement
Coordination and Reporting
Maintains a productive and harmonious relationship with stakeholders with proper coordination and reporting of requirements of the development process
Other tasks that may be assigned
What we’d like you to have:
A graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Management or any related fields
At least 2 years experience in Business Analysis, Web Development, Product Management, Product Officer, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst, Software Engineer
Experience in User experience design, requirements gathering and analysis
Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Agile methodologies
In depth knowledge in product and project management
Adept to web jargons and concepts
Analytical Skills (problem solving)
Excellent command in English language (Written and Oral)
Not required, but very useful:
Developer background
Can Prepare MySQL Queries
Background in Programming background with HTML, JavaScript, PHP
What you’ll get:
₱30,000-₱35,000 gross monthly starting salary
A signing bonus of ₱3,000 will be given to staff who are hired between October 2020 – January 2021
Staff who refers a successful applicant will receive ₱10,000 incentive
Bi-annual appraisal and Performance-based rate increase and bonus
