Responsible for the accurate and timely processing and distribution of the company payroll.
What you’ll do:
Processes accurate and timely preparation and distribution of semi-monthly payroll.
Processes accurate and timely preparation and distribution of year-end payroll requirements such as the 13th-month pay, leave conversion, tax annualization, and printing of form 2316, etc.
Prepares last pay computation of resigned employees.
Monitors employee loans from government agencies and banks, and coordinates with banks regarding any loan concerns such as application and settlement.
Prepares reliable and timely payroll related reports for month-end closing such as, but are not limited to, 13th-month pay report, service incentive leave report, salaries accrual, and secondment billing report.
What we’d like you to have:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
A graduate of BS Accountancy
With at least 3 – 5 months related working experience
Proficient in Computer Applications (MS Excel and Word)
Strong background in Payroll Accounting
Must be well versed in Tax laws and government statutory benefits
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
What you’ll get:
₱30,000-₱32,000 gross monthly starting salary
A signing bonus of ₱3,000 will be given to staff who are hired between November 2019 – January 2020
