What you’ll do:
Engagement and Retention
Conducts different activities that help establish a good relationship between the company and the tutors, and among the tutors themselves.
Provides support and guidance to tutors by maintaining correspondence through various online channels.
Regularly coordinates with other teams or departments to address tutors’ concerns accordingly.
Assists in facilitating various programs to boost tutor satisfaction and loyalty.
Others tasks which may be assigned.
What we’d like you to have:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and other related courses.
Proficient in both oral and written English
Proficient in MS Office, especially Powerpoint & Excel
Familiarity in social media (Facebook handling) and messaging platforms (Zoom, etc.)
Must be highly objective, patient, and have attention to details
Can meet deadlines, and follow protocols and guidelines
Must have an outgoing and pleasant personality
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Not required, but very useful:
1 year of work experience in Human Resources – Employee Engagement, Customer Service, or related
Knowledge in event organization and hosting is a plus
Online teaching experience/background preferred
Note: Please be advised that this is a Full-time Office-based position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
What you’ll get:
Php16,000 starting salary monthly
Bi-annual appraisal and Performance-based rate increase and bonus
