What you’ll do:

Staff Performance Evaluation

• Accomplishes all assigned deliverables related to the staff performance evaluation system
• Evaluates staff performance based on the prescribed rubric
• Provides personalized feedback in any form on the performance of the staff based on the evaluation conducted
• Reports performance evaluation results to stakeholders regularly

Calibration

• Helps facilitate calibration sessions to ensure that everyone in the department is standardized
• Assists in giving feedback to the staff based on performance evaluation conducted

Other tasks/projects which may be assigned.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM / 10AM – 7PM

What we’d like you to have:

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree, preferably Education
• With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in ESL, quality assurance, or equivalent
• Proficient in both oral and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Not required, but very useful:

• TESOL Certification

Note: Please be advised that this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
