What you’ll do:

• Research and Development
  • Gathers needed information and studies related to new programs
  • Conducts sample training sessions for new programs.
  • Conducts demo lessons for new programs.
• Training Development
  • Develops training structures, programs, contents, and tools based on the needs analysis.
  • Conducts demo lessons as needed.
• Product & Revision
  • Conducts online and offline training sessions to trainers, coaches, and tutors.
  • Applies necessary improvements to the training flow, contents, and tools, as required.
• Other tasks which may be assigned.

What we’d like you to have:

• A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably English, Linguistics, Education or any related
• Highly proficient in both oral and written English
• Excellent in facilitation and training
• Can work well with a team
• Goal-oriented, passionate, highly proactive, and with a strong sense of accountability

Note: Please be advised that this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.

Not required, but very useful:

• Training Experience
• Teaching experience (school based)
• ESL Teaching experience
• TESOL and SLA certification
• Being a RareJob tutor
