What you’ll do:

    • Employer Relations
      • Prepares disciplinary action documents, and monitors the issued actions such as written warnings, NTEs, suspensions, etc.
      • Management of company’s official business affairs and meetings such as staff assemblies, business trips, and secondments.
      • Reports and consults labor and employment concerns to the Talent Rewards & Engagement Supervisor and the Legal Team.
      • Attends to other employee and labor relations requests.
    • Employee Engagement and Retention
      • Facilitates employee engagement programs such as company outings, year-end parties, etc.
      • Administers, conducts, analyses, and prepares employee satisfaction surveys for RareJob’s employee retention program.
    • Employee Records
      • Maintains up-to-date and accurate  HR Information System data, and 201 file safekeeping.
      • Prepares and documents Employee Movement files.
      • Prepares certification documents, organizational reports, and employment-related reports.
      • Reviews, initiates, and recommends HRIS-related process improvements to the Talent Rewards & Engagement Supervisor.
    • Compensation and Benefits
      • Prepares timekeeping report, and monitors the accuracy and on-time delivery of payroll-related reports and transactions.
      • Prepares all necessary updates and documents-for-submission to ensure on-time delivery of company incentives.
      • Assists RareJob employees in availing government-mandated, and company-initiated benefits.
      • Reviews, initiates, and recommends compensation and benefits-related process improvements to the Talent Rewards & Engagement Supervisor.
    • Employee Exit
      • Manages employee exit procedure
      • Assists the Talent Rewards and Engagement Supervisor in creating action plan from dissatisfaction points raised in the exit interview for retention program
    • Other tasks which may be assigned.

What we’d like you to have:

    • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, and other related fields
    • With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR and 1 year in Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Engagement / Events Management
    • Experienced in Business Writing (e.g., office memos, DA memos, announcements, etc.)
    • Knowledgeable in Labor Laws and Practices
    • Knowledgeable in Benefits and Payroll Administration
    • Adept in using MS Office / Google Workspace, and with experience in HRIS
    • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both written and oral

    Note: Please be advised that this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup until December 2025. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
