What you’ll do:
Lesson Reminders
Facilitates Zendesk, SMS, and call reminders
Monitors tutors who failed to call and has disconnected reports
Schedule Modification
Processes all schedule modification requests
Ensures that all updates are properly communicated with the client
Ensures proper documentation of all transactions handled
Inquiries Support
Handles and resolve all inquiries received within the service level agreement
Ensures proper documentation of all transactions handled
Ensures that all queries or any urgent information needed by RareJob, Inc.’s Customer Support
What we’d like you to have:
At least 1st Year College Level in any course
Can successfully engage in multiple support tickets simultaneously
Detail-oriented and can closely involve himself/herself with the team
Passion for excellent customer experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent command in English language (Written and Oral)
Familiar in using Skype Application
Available Shift Schedules:
[AM shift] Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Note: Please be advised that this is a PART-TIME OFFICE-BASED position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup until December 2024. All assessments will be done online.
