Responsible for ensuring that tutor applicants would be able to finish the recruitment process so they can become full-fledged tutors on their specified ESL program

What you’ll do:
Recruitment
Endorses qualified and interested tutor applicants for specified ESL programs.
Provides the tutor applicants with the necessary information on the ESL program they are applying for and ensures their commitment to finish the recruitment process.
Provides the necessary assistance in recruitment events or activities.
Applicant Correspondence
Monitors and responds to all concerns/inquiries sent by tutor applicants via Skype, SMS, email, and other official communication platforms within SLA.
Creates and updates chat/message templates for easy responses.
Tracks the status of tutor applicants in the recruitment process.
Extends help in scheduling tutors for interviews, onboarding sessions/demo lessons, and evaluations.
What we’d like you to have:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any course, preferably Human Resource, Psychology or related
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Skype
Excellent proficiency in the English language
May be assigned to the following shifts:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
12:00 PM to 9:00 PM May also have weekend and holiday shifts as needed
Not required, but very useful:
Experience in Recruitment and Selection, Customer Service and Client Performance Management
What you’ll get:
Php 16,000 monthly salary
Staff who are hired from October 2020 – January 2021 will receive a Php 3,000.00 signing bonus
Bi-annual appraisal and Performance-based rate increase and bonus
