I’ve been a part of RareJob since 2019. I started as an Operations Associate and now I’m an Operations Specialist for the Onboarding Team. I mostly work on the backend of onboarding operations by making sure that all sessions go smoothly for our coaches, and that tutors and applicants are supported throughout their applications.

Working primarily online, there are times when we can feel disconnected from the world – ironic enough. Be that as it may, RareJob’s Engagement Team strives hard to build bridges, connecting them further with our tutors. They aim to boost morale and create a steadfast sense of community with their various activities and events.

Last February 14, 2025, RareJob PH celebrated Valentine’s Day, but with a twist: a fun-filled, hybrid event that had both online and in-office games! In an unconventional take of the usual day of hearts, fun and competition take the front seat in this company event as RJPH employees go toe to toe in various games.
