I started my journey here at RareJob PH in December 2022 as a part of the Applicant Relations Team. As one of the Applicant Relations Coordinators, I mainly oversee the complete application journey of tutor applicants. We ensure they will have a positive and seamless experience throughout the application process.

I’ve been with RareJob for a year and 7 months now as a Support Associate from the Operations Department. We handle and resolve all inquiries received from tutors regarding their lessons, schedule and other concern related to the service level agreement.

I was hired in July 2022, and I am currently part of the Applicant Evaluation Team. From my perspective, our role is simple yet crucial to the company; interviewing tutor applicants to check their English proficiency. It is difficult at times, but not impossible, especially after I got used to the daily routine.
