I joined RareJob in February 2008 as a part-time tutor. I still remember thinking to myself that this gig will only last for a few months, and like my friends, I will probably be moving to medical school or graduate school. After 15 colorful years, I’m still here! At present, I am the appointed Director for Human Resources, Tutor Management, and Legal divisions of RareJob Philippines, Inc.

I was in my early 20s when I started working in RareJob Philippines Inc. Currently, I am already in my early 30s, and I’m very grateful to say that I’m still part of the company. It has already been 8 years – time flies really fast when you love what you’re doing!

I joined Rarejob as an Applicant Evaluator last March 2023; our team is responsible for screening tutor applicants by conducting the Basic Skills Evaluation. However, it wasn’t the beginning of my RJPH journey as I was once a freelance tutor myself.
