I have been a part of RareJob for over four years and have held the role of Evaluator for the past two years. As an Evaluator, I am responsible for conducting daily evaluations of Premium Lesson tutors and documenting their performance.

Year 2022, my 8th anniversary with RareJob Philippines. What started as a means to have a secured full time job is now what led me to being one of the recognized supervisors for this year’s Professional Development Excellence Award. I can only describe it in one word: Progression.

was hired on the 25th of August, year 2022 so I’m pretty new to RareJob (as of writing this anyway). I’ve been blessed with the role of an Applicant Evaluator. I am part of the team that screens our applicants and discerns whether or not they are fit to teach our students. I honestly like joking about how I’m basically paid to judge people, but I feel like that is a severely misleading description of what my job actually is (I have a very weird sense of humor).
