As we extend our work-from-home setup to until the end of 2026, RareJob PH employees must continue to ensure that they maintain productivity and ensure the effectiveness of their work setup.

I began my journey with RareJob in 2015 as an Online English Tutor. The following year, I applied for an office-based position and became a Performance Evaluator and Mock Student.

I’ve been a part of RareJob since 2019. I started as an Operations Associate and now I’m an Operations Specialist for the Onboarding Team. I mostly work on the backend of onboarding operations by making sure that all sessions go smoothly for our coaches, and that tutors and applicants are supported throughout their applications.
