What you’ll do:

    Tutor Engagement and Retention

    • Provides support and guidance to tutors by maintaining correspondence through various channels.
    • Regularly coordinates with other teams or departments to address tutors’ concerns accordingly.
    • Conducts different activities that helps establish a good relationship between the company and the tutors, and among the tutors themselves.
    • Assists in facilitating various programs to boost tutor satisfaction and loyalty.

    Others tasks/projects which may be assigned.

     

    Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid – 3 days in the office per month); occasional Saturday/Sunday work may be required for events, but will still have 2 days off each week.

What we’d like you to have:

    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and other related courses
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but applicants with at least 1-year hands-on experience in leading events and other engagement activities are preferred
    • Proficient in both oral and written English
    • With online teaching experience/background
    • Proficient in MS Office and GSuite
    • Proficient in using Zoom
    • Must be willing to provide support through asynchronous (email) and synchronous (chat) communication channels.
    • Must be highly objective and patient
    • Must be highly organized and have attention to details
    • Must be a self-starter, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision
    • Must know how to manage time effectively and multitask to meet deadlines
    • Must be able to handle pressure, and compliant to protocols and guidelines
    • Must have an outgoing and pleasant personality

What you’ll get:
