What you’ll do:

    Lesson Management

    • Checks and monitors operational requirements

    Inquiries Management

    • Handles and resolves all inquiries received within the service level agreement
    • Escalates all necessary transactions that involve a higher tier decision-making and/or processing
    • Ensures proper documentation of all transactions handled
    • Resolves all lesson disruptive issues whenever necessary to ensure lessons will proceed
    • Ensures that all queries or any urgent information needed by RareJob, Inc.’s Customer Support are shared and gathered from Tutors

    Other tasks which may be assigned.

    NOTE: Please be advised that this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup until the end of 2025. All assessments will be done online.

What we’d like you to have:

    • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Communications / Sociology / Psychology / Hospitality Management or related
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
    • Can successfully engage in multiple support tickets simultaneously
    • Detail-oriented and can closely involve himself/herself with the team
    • Passion for excellent customer experience
    • Knowledge on Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent command of the English language (Written and Oral)

    Available Shift: 4AM – 1PM / 3PM – 12MN

    • Must be amenable to work during weekends and holidays
    • Schedule will change on a monthly basis depending on the needs of the operations
    • A 1-2 week onsite training in our Quezon City office will be required at the beginning of employment
    • Must be amenable to attending occasional onsite/in-person company events
