Flexible Work Hours
In RareJob Philippines, Inc., employees get to work on a semi-flexible shift schedule. This means that we can complete our shift anytime between 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM, with a core-time period of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Because of this, we can manage our time better. We can choose to clock out early, which means we can have more time for our family and friends, as well as our passions and interests!
Free Lunch
Who doesn’t love unlimited rice? RareJob Philippines, Inc. provides free lunch on weekdays to its employees. This is one of the company benefits that we truly appreciate—not only does it save us time for meal preparation, it also cuts our expenses on food!
Free Lodging Facility and Company Shuttle
Employees living outside Quezon City don’t need to worry about long and tiring commutes. RareJob Philippines, Inc. has two lodging facilities, which are both located just a few minutes away from our office. Employees can apply and rent for free as long as there is a vacancy. We also have a free shuttle service that travels to-and-from our office, with several drop-off locations, such as the dorms and some of Quezon City’s popular malls. What more can we ask for?

RareJob Learning Academy
RareJob Philippines, Inc. also desires the continuous growth of its employees. So, everyone is highly encouraged to attend internal and external training programs, such as workshops, seminars, and certifications.
Among these programs is the RareJob Learning Academy, which is a series of in-house seminars or trainings conducted by RareJob staff. Workshops offered are based on the company’s shared language or practices.
