With the hiring demand still going strong despite the ongoing community quarantine in the country, recruiters from different companies are faced with the ultimate concern: How will our company stand out amidst thousands of competitors with the single goal of onboarding quality talents that will benefit our employer?

More than half of the year has passed and so much has happened in those months. For me, my journey with RareJob started within those months and I have been with the company for a little over a month. I am a Social Media Community Associate under the Marketing Team and basically, I am in-charge of answering queries on social media and helping build our online community through engagement.

Having been the company physician of Rarejob for more than a year, it is my duty to take care of the general health of the employees and supervise or implement health programs/policies that will benefit the employees’ health and overall well-being.
