I remember the days when I was still looking for a job in a stable company with a unique culture and good benefits beyond just a pay bump. Salaries matter, but if given the choice between working in an organization that offers just higher pay, and one with a reputation for providing a variety of exceptional incentives and engagements, good pay, virtuous working colleagues, career growth, and other forms of recognition, I would choose the latter.

I have been working at RareJob Philippines Inc. since October 2020 as a Senior Financial Reporting and Compliance Accountant. I am in charge of assisting with the external audit and the preparation of the annual audited financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries. It is also my task to ensure that the company is compliant with all the government reportorial reports.

I will be entering my 7th year in RareJob Philippines, Inc. on September 2022. I am currently an HR Talent Rewards and Engagement Specialist, and I mostly handle the data management and analytics of HR Department, assist in compensation and benefits reviews, and spearhead the events and engagement activities for employees.
