I have been working at RareJob Philippines Inc. since October 2020 as a Senior Financial Reporting and Compliance Accountant. I am in charge of assisting with the external audit and the preparation of the annual audited financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries. It is also my task to ensure that the company is compliant with all the government reportorial reports.

I will be entering my 7th year in RareJob Philippines, Inc. on September 2022. I am currently an HR Talent Rewards and Engagement Specialist, and I mostly handle the data management and analytics of HR Department, assist in compensation and benefits reviews, and spearhead the events and engagement activities for employees.

I am a Senior Legal Associate of RareJob Philippines, Inc., and have been working with the same company for five (5) fruitful years. I’ve also been an active member of the Information Security Management Committee (ISMC) – a committee designed to assist the company’s compliance with data privacy and other related laws.
