I’ve technically been working with RareJob PH for 12 years, if I were to begin with my part-time employment in the company. I started out as Part-time Network Administrator way back in 2010, then I was absorbed as full-time staff in February 2012. Currently, I am an IT Solutions Specialist, and one of my responsibilities is to maintain and manage an effective and efficient IT infrastructure.

I remember the days when I was still looking for a job in a stable company with a unique culture and good benefits beyond just a pay bump. Salaries matter, but if given the choice between working in an organization that offers just higher pay, and one with a reputation for providing a variety of exceptional incentives and engagements, good pay, virtuous working colleagues, career growth, and other forms of recognition, I would choose the latter.

I have been working at RareJob Philippines Inc. since October 2020 as a Senior Financial Reporting and Compliance Accountant. I am in charge of assisting with the external audit and the preparation of the annual audited financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries. It is also my task to ensure that the company is compliant with all the government reportorial reports.
