This is where quality assurance steps in as it ensures that the products are free from issues before it gets released to its users.

In this month’s blog, we are featuring Senior Quality Assurance Engineer-I May Faustino, as she shares with us the ins and outs of Quality Assurance.

Last June 14, 2024, RareJob PH celebrated Family Day through an online event themed “Homecoming”. We invited some employees as speakers who shared about their loved ones, the food and activities they bond over, and what it means to be a family.

I joined RareJob in October 2022. I had already heard about the company back in college when I was looking for part-time summer work. Unfortunately, it wasn’t feasible for me at the time. Fast forward to September 2022, I was searching for a work-from-home position that aligned with my experience as an English teacher. That’s when I came across an advertisement from RareJob, and here I am!

Hi! My name is Sarah! I have been working in RareJob Philippines for a little over two years now as a Trainer.

I joined RareJob almost 10 years ago. Initially, my goal was just to find a job near home, whether it was for the short term or long term. Nearly a decade later, I’m still with RareJob, though my home now is far and opposite to where the office is located. This is all thanks to our fantastic work-from-home set-up.

When planning for anything, we often have the need to get all aspects down to the letter. For weddings, the attention to detail and the effort given is on an entirely different level. However, there are some things out of our hands that take place, which could shake even the most rock-solid of plans.

One indispensable factor to a company running mostly on a work from home setup is a reliable IT foundation. From network access, hardware concerns, and even usability of various applications needed for tasks, it is safe to say that the IT Infrastructure  Department of RareJob PH definitely stepped up to the challenge.

Working from home has given us quite a few benefits: skipping out on traffic entirely, a customized and comfortable working space, and more time for ourselves. Many of us who enjoy this work setup also enjoy more time with their families, pets included!
